Claim related information
- Call on the customer care toll free number of the insurance company or intimate
us the same
- Provide your policy number for reference and register the claim
- Request for help with Towing / Ambulance services (If required), and claim formalities
- If your vehicle can be driven, take it to the nearest dealer / garage.
- Get a repair estimate, fill up the claim form and attach a copy of the registration
Certificate and License of the person driving at the time of the accident
- If the garage is within our network, you could avail of Cashless Claims facility.
However, if the garage is outside the purview of our network.
- you would have to get the claim reimbursed subsequently.
- Pay for non accident related repairs, depreciation and a small deductible. company
would settle the rest.
Documents required for Claims:-
- Incase of an accident claim for Loss / Damage to the vehicle:
- Duly filled and signed claim formRegistration
- Certificate (RC)
- Driving License of the person driving at the time of the accident
- Policy Copy Original repair estimate, repair invoice and payment receipt for non-cashless
claims
- Original repair invoice for Cashless Claims In addition to the above documents,
the following documents are applicable to Commercial Vehicles only:
- Load Challan
- Fitness Certificate
- Route Permit Copy of FIR (First Information Report) lodged at the nearest police
station
- Spot Survey (Within few hours)
